  • Location Data:<\/strong> The app collects precise location data to trigger alerts when you are on the island and to inform emergency dispatch of your arrival at an incident scene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Device Information:<\/strong> We collect technical data (device type, OS version) to ensure the app’s reliability in critical situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Purpose of Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Login & Security:<\/strong> Your email is used to send 2-factor authentication (2FA) codes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Emergency Coordination:<\/strong> Location data is used exclusively to coordinate efforts between volunteers and emergency dispatch. We only actively track your location when you are within the defined “Safe Island” zone and marked as ready for duty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Sharing of Information<\/strong> Your relevant response data (arrival time and position during an incident) is only shared with relevant emergency authorities (e.g., East Jutland Fire Department or Prehospital Services) in connection with an active emergency alert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Your Rights and Data Deletion<\/strong> You may withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your profile at any time by contacting us at infi.aps@gmail.com. Your data will be automatically deleted when the beta project concludes, unless you consent to continued use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4. Deling af oplysninger<\/strong> Dine relevante indsatsdata (ankomsttid og position ved h\u00e6ndelse) deles kun med de relevante beredskabsmyndigheder (f.eks. \u00d8stjyllands Brandv\u00e6sen eller Pr\u00e6hospitalet) i forbindelse med en aktiv alarm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
